After serving what could be described as a “hothouse apprenticeship in the city, a new pace of life in Framlingham is suiting Matt Stevens Perfectly well. Formally a computer technician on the Life floor and then the Commodities and Metals Exchange, Matt soon learnt that “uptime” was paramount to the exchange dealers, and if you can’t handle pressure then it is not the place for you. So with 20 years experience at the highest level in the computer industry Matt moved to Suffolk and opened his own business. He has been in Framlingham for two years and has a suite of offices at Bridge House, in Bridge Street. With co-director, Sarah Stevens-Mclennan, Envisage Technical Consultancy (ETC) offer Microsoft Certified computer services predominantly aimed at the business user. Computer sales and maintenance of PC’s and Macs are offered at every level. Advice is the critical factor in ETC’s progress. Building up relationships with the client is vital so that Matt can learn about their business in order to advice on products that will really improve efficiency and often save costs. Any of ETC’s customers will readily supply a testimonial on the increased performance that ETC has helped them achieve. Any business with one computer upwards will benefit from ETC’s professional approach. Apart from sales of laptops, PC’s and software Matt also supplies support for Sage and Act accounting he also provides training, in PC’s and Mac’s especially in packages for desktop publishing and graphics. He can also advise on utilising the Internet and cloud based services to full effect. Networking and servers are also a forte. Support contracts are very liberal. Matt doesn't expect clients to accept formal contracts he is happy to oblige on an "ongoing relationship" based simply on the clients happiness to carry on using him. |

There is a range of support packages to suit any business need, offering assurance at the level the client prefers. Repairs are undertaken either on a call out or back at ETC’s impressive workshop. There is a no fix it – no fee policy so you could not ask for more. Of course local home users are also welcome both for sales and repair.
